Terms of service

Tralvler is an AI travel planner. You describe the trip you want; Tralvler generates an editable itinerary — cities, days, places, routes, stays and suggestions — that you can adjust, lock in and play through while travelling. Tralvler plans; it does not book flights, accommodation or activities, and it does not process reservations on your behalf.

Itineraries, place guides and their narrations are generated by AI and validated against real map data where we can, but details (opening hours, prices, availability, history) can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Every itinerary entry is editable.

You need an account to plan trips. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Tralvler.

The Free plan includes one trip with two generations and two idea expansions, with full maps, quests and passport features. Paid access comes in two forms: per-trip tickets and a membership.

Purchases are processed and sold through Stripe's merchant-of-record service (Link, LLC), which acts as the seller of record for your payment: the price you see is the final amount you pay, applicable VAT or sales tax is included and remitted by Stripe, and your card statement will show LINK.COM* TRALVLER. Your contract for the service itself remains with us.

Per-trip tickets — the Trip Ticket (€5.90) and the Open Ticket (€9.90) — are one-time purchases, not subscriptions; nothing renews. A purchased ticket is held on your account and is redeemed automatically when a trip's plan is first generated — not when the trip is created, so unstarted drafts don't use it up. A purchased ticket can be redeemed for 12 months from purchase; tickets included with a membership can be redeemed until the end of the membership period they were granted in. A ticket not redeemed within its window expires. Once redeemed, a ticket is consumed: it stays attached to that trip, and deleting the trip does not restore the ticket or entitle you to a refund, because the generated plan has already been delivered. Unlimited generations on the Open Ticket are subject to fair use and apply to that one trip.

The Season Ticket (€4.90 per month or €29 per year) and Grand Season (€9.90 per month or €59 per year) are our auto-renewing memberships. They cover the home-city features, which are the daily hand, day adventures, the Monday hand and the weekend zone, and full egg hunts on your trips. The Season Ticket includes one Trip Ticket per month of membership, twelve on a yearly plan; Grand Season includes three per month, thirty-six on a yearly plan, and a €3.90 member fare on further Trip Tickets. Included tickets can be redeemed until the end of the membership period they were granted in. Memberships also include tokens for place guides, described below. You can cancel at any time from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then.

Prices may change. A price change never affects a ticket you have already purchased, and subscribers are notified before a change affects their renewal.

A membership can start with a free week. You add a card, nothing is charged for seven days, and the membership fare is charged when the week ends unless you cancel before then from your settings. The week comes with one Trip Ticket that expires with it; a trip you generate with that ticket stays yours. One free week per person and per card, and never for an account that has already paid for a membership. If the card you add has already been used for a free week, the trial is cancelled straight away and nothing is charged.

Tokens are a prepaid balance inside Tralvler. They come with every paid ticket (ten with a Trip Ticket, twenty with an Open Ticket) and every membership (ten per month or 120 per year with the Season Ticket, thirty per month or 360 per year with Grand Season), three are given to every new account, some come from inviting friends, and you can buy them in packs of 20 (€3.90), 60 (€9.90) and 150 (€19.90). Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account or paid out, and are not refunded once spent. They do not expire while your account exists; deleting your account forfeits any balance. Tokens that came with a purchase are removed if that purchase is refunded or charged back, though your balance never goes below zero.

Place guides are what tokens buy: a written guide to a place costs one token, a narrated guide costs three and includes the written one, and adding narration to a guide you have already read costs two. Guides are written and narrated by AI from the facts we hold about the place, and are labelled as such. They are for enjoyment and orientation: details can be wrong or out of date, so check anything that matters before you rely on it. A guide is generated once per place and language and is shared with every traveller who unlocks it; unlocking a guide another traveller already generated costs the same tokens. A guide you have unlocked stays open to you as long as you have an account. If a guide cannot be generated, the tokens are returned to your balance automatically. We may change the price of guides in tokens for guides not yet unlocked.

Every account has a personal invite link. When someone creates an account through your link and generates their first trip, you receive six tokens and they receive three. Each invited person counts once, and rewards are paid for up to ten invited friends per calendar month. Invites must be personal: no inviting yourself, no accounts created to collect rewards, no paid promotion of your link and no unsolicited messages. We may withhold or take back rewards obtained against these rules, and we may change or end the programme; changes never take back rewards already paid.

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from any paid purchase. To withdraw within the period, email [email protected].

Per-trip tickets: an unredeemed ticket can be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. By redeeming a ticket — generating the trip plan it pays for — you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun, as permitted for digital content and services under EU consumer law.

Memberships: by starting the subscription you request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed or you have consumed the paid features, the right of withdrawal is waived to that extent; any refund within the 14-day period is reduced proportionally for the service already provided.

The free week: by starting a free week you request immediate access to the membership. You can cancel at any time during the week at no cost; once the first payment has been taken, the membership rules above apply.

Token packs: a pack whose tokens are entirely unspent can be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. By spending a token you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content it buys and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses for the tokens spent; any refund within the 14-day period is reduced in proportion to the tokens already spent.

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent plan limits (including via multiple accounts), no scraping or reselling of generated content as a service, no uploading of unlawful content or photos of other people without their consent, no probing or disrupting our infrastructure, and no use of the service to violate any law. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Trip content you create and photos you upload remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display them back to you — including the one-time AI analysis of check-in photos. Itineraries generated for you are yours to use for your own travel.

Tralvler is a planning tool, provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by inaccurate itinerary details, third-party services (transport, venues, accommodation), or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may modify features as the product evolves; if we ever discontinue the paid service, remaining paid subscription time is refunded pro rata and unredeemed tickets are refunded in full. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes go to the competent court under applicable law; as an EU consumer you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
