Terms of service

Tralvler is an AI travel planner. You describe the trip you want; Tralvler generates an editable itinerary — cities, days, places, routes, stays and suggestions — that you can adjust, lock in and play through while travelling. Tralvler plans; it does not book flights, accommodation or activities, and it does not process reservations on your behalf.

Itineraries are generated by AI and validated against real map data, but details (opening hours, prices, availability) can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Every entry is editable.

You need an account to plan trips. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Tralvler.

The Free plan includes one trip with two generations and two idea expansions, with full maps, quests and passport features. The Pro plan — €4.99 per month or €39 per year, VAT included where applicable — adds unlimited trips and regenerations, multi-city trips beyond two stops, and hotel search. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep Pro access until then. Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified before a change affects their renewal.

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid subscription. By starting the subscription you request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed or you have consumed the paid features, the right of withdrawal is waived to that extent. To withdraw within the period, email [email protected]; any refund is reduced proportionally for the service already provided.

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent plan limits (including via multiple accounts), no scraping or reselling of generated content as a service, no uploading of unlawful content or photos of other people without their consent, no probing or disrupting our infrastructure, and no use of the service to violate any law. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Trip content you create and photos you upload remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display them back to you — including the one-time AI analysis of check-in photos. Itineraries generated for you are yours to use for your own travel.

Tralvler is a planning tool, provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by inaccurate itinerary details, third-party services (transport, venues, accommodation), or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may modify features as the product evolves; if we ever discontinue the paid service, remaining paid time is refunded pro rata. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes go to the competent court under applicable law; as an EU consumer you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
