What's a generation?
One full pass of the planner over your trip — days, routes, places and stays drafted in one go. Regenerating counts as one too. Editing, reordering and checking in never do.
When is a ticket used up?
The first time a trip generates. Drafts never touch a ticket — sketch as long as you like. You have 12 months to use it, and deleting a generated trip doesn't return its ticket. The tickets a membership includes behave exactly the same way.
Do tickets expire?
An unused ticket keeps for 12 months — one you bought, and one your membership handed you, alike. A month you don't travel is never a month wasted. Once it's on a trip, that trip holds its tier for good — no countdown on the trip itself.
Do I need a subscription to travel?
No — tickets are one-time; the Season Ticket is for your home city. Buy a ticket for the trip you're taking, and nothing renews.
What's the Season Ticket?
The membership for the city you live in: €4.90 a month or €29 a year for three quests a day, three day adventures, the weekly quests and full rest tokens — plus full egg hunts on every trip you take, and one Trip Ticket included every month (12 up front on the yearly fare).
What's Grand Season?
The membership with more trips in it: €9.90 a month or €59 a year for everything the Season Ticket carries, plus three Trip Tickets every month (36 up front on the yearly fare). Extra tickets are €3.90 for as long as you hold it.
What's an egg hunt?
Three to five real places hidden in each zone of a trip, each described by a riddle with a search ring instead of a pin. You crack one by taking a photo there. Your free trip has one playable egg; a ticket opens every zone of that trip, a Season Ticket opens the hunts on every trip you take, and hunts never expire.
What counts for a run?
Any verified completion — a daily quest, a day adventure, an egg, a trip check-in. Days are judged at 04:00, so a late night counts. A rest day goes in your pocket every seven days and spends itself on a day you don't go out. A run ending never takes anything you earned.
How long can a trip be?
Free trips run up to 7 days. A Trip Ticket plans up to 14 days and an Open Ticket up to 30 — and every trip on a Season Ticket or Grand Season runs up to 30 days, whatever ticket is on it. Trips you have already made keep their length.
